Senior Research Associate, Analytical Operations

Job Description

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Successfully execute and document laboratory procedures and experiments with great attention to detail
Test samples and maintain, calibrate, and operate and flow cytometers
Work with a cross-functional development team to advance development of autologous T cell therapy products
Assist in the development of standard operating procedures, analytical test methods, analytical sampling plans involving immunoassays and molecular biological techniques
Assist in designing and executing experimental approaches and new analytical technologies and assists with continuous improvement of analytical tools
Assist in transferring flow cytometry methods to QC or contract organizations
Write, review, and edit accurate technical documents
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience

Master's degree with 1+ years of experience in similar role in a laboratory

Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of flow cytometry methods, and technical knowledge of instrument and method controls.
Experience with other techniques, such as mammalian cell culture, ddPCR, ELISA, MSD, or Luminex
Previous experience with cell therapy products
Excellent skill in Microsoft Office, data analysis software, and other applications
Ability to lift over 30 lbs
