The primary objective of the Human Resources Services group is to manage the integration of Human Resources policies, procedures and programs into enterprise-wide information systems in support of Human Resources compliance, administration, and initiatives across all functions of Horizon, and in accordance with government law. The HR Services Experience Center Analyst is essential in providing support to our employees across a variety of HR-related services including responding to questions and needs, advising of HR policies and practices, and executing transactions which support their requests. This position is responsible in understanding the overall function of HR systems and processes to deliver HR operational services focusing on customer service, employee experience, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Servicing as first point of contact for all HR Services inquiries
  • Providing a higher focus on customer service and seamless employee experience for all levels of employees
  • Researching and trouble-shooting processes, policies, system performance applications, and support activities to determine issues to resolve or direct to appropriate area/level of resolution
  • Facilitating timely transaction data entry
  • Supporting the input, access, usage, and integrity of all enterprise HR-related information
  • Staying informed of changes regarding processes, procedures, applications and software related to these systems to ensure users are trained and operational
  • Providing written report of issues, resolutions, and project updates to HR Systems management as scheduled
  • Assisting in the development of user documentation of process and workflow information for training purposes
  • Supporting systems and process projects for Horizon's HR systems and Workday
  • Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • 2+ years in Human Resources with an understanding of multiple functions and their interaction
  • 2+ years working with Human Resources Systems, preferably Workday
  • 2+ years customer service related experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner
  • Self-motivated with desire to learn
  • Highly detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Strong daily operational decision-making to troubleshoot user actions or application malfunctions
  • Experience working in a shared service or call center environment desirable
  • Proven people skills, working successfully in team context with co-workers and clients
  • Ability to multi-task and respond quickly to shifting and sometimes conflicting priorities
