The Product Manager - HCP Marketing is responsible for tactical implementation of professional marketing programs for both specialty and long-term care settings designed to build brand awareness, engagement, and adoption for NUEDEXTA to achieve brand goals.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Maximize patient share amongst Neurologists, Psychiatrists, and IM/PCP in FDA-approved indication
  • Manage aspects of HCP Professional Marketing, including inputs to and implementation of the Brand Plan
  • Develop and implement print and digital marketing materials for the sales force ensuring alignment with brand strategy and key messages
  • Lead creative content efforts for non-direct and digital marketing efforts ensuring alignment with brand strategy, key messages, and targets
  • Lead marketing assets through the Medical Legal Regulatory (MLR) approval process to support rollout of materials with appropriate approvals
  • Collaborate with Sales Training, Sales Leadership, and Sales teams for the development and execution of marketing programs and materials
  • Ensure the pull through and execution of brand strategies and promotional messages
  • Develop and report on appropriate metrics to measure success of marketing programs
  • Implement professional promotions within budgetary guidelines
  • Ensure all strategies and tactics comply with all internal/external regulations and standards

Education/ Qualifications:
  • BA or BS degree is required
  • MBA with concentration in Marketing is preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in product management experience, preferably in healthcare/life sciences
  • Experience with professional marketing required, including development of digital marketing tactics.
  • Experience working and developing marketing materials (print and digital) for professional sales force
  • Experience managing speaker bureau strategy, preferred
  • Strong analytic skills
  • History of delivering excellent business results
  • The ideal candidate has an internal drive and self-motivation, has demonstrated learning agility and emotional intelligence.
  • Working knowledge and experience with the role of qualitative and quantitative market research
  • Superior oral, written and presentation skills- with comfort in communicating to all levels of management
  • Proficiency in managing and directing agencies and strategic vendors
  • Managing and working within budgets
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple priorities and internal and external functional groups
  • Effectively prioritizes and spends time and time of others on critical topics and effectively adjusts plan of action as needs change
  • Experience in successfully developing marketing plans that have produced documented positive business results
  • Proficiency with MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Occasional business travel may be required


Physical Requirements:

This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and frequent walking. Daily use of a computer, phone, office equipment and other computing and digital devices is required. May be required to stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel may be necessary, so the ability to travel by plane, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license and/or effectively navigate public transportation is required. While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee must be able to read and respond to interoffice communications as well as effectively participate in meetings. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to lift up to 20 lbs., pull, push, carry, handle or feel. The employee is required to carry, handle items, reach with arms and hands, to stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. Mental demands may require prolonged concentration, reading comprehension, understanding and interpretation of concepts, ideas and philosophies.
