Job Description

We at Kite are seeking new graduates to participate as an Analyst in our Technical Operations Rotation Program. This two-year program provides a full-time opportunity to diversify their skill set and gain exposure and industry experience across business units. The Technical Operations Rotation Program Associate, internally known as a Technical Analyst I, will participate in our four six-month rotations over the course of two years in multiple Technical Operations functions to gain a broad perspective of the operations process. Rotations could include:
  • Strategy and Business Operations
  • Manufacturing
  • Quality
  • Process Development
  • Supply Chain


Candidates applying for the Technical Operations Rotation Program should be enthusiastic and passionate about science and motivated to tackle sophisticated problems. Candidates will take on a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment throughout the rotation program.

Qualifications to be considered for this opportunity include:
  • Recent B.S., B.A. M.B.A. or M.S. graduates who plan on graduating on or before June 2021 with track records of high scholastic achievement
  • Demonstrated interest in subject areas: chemical and biochemical engineering, biomedical engineering, bioengineering, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, biology, business management or related fields
  • Strong partnering skills with a proven track record of exceptionally strong and highly effective working relationships with internal customers, partners and teams
  • Propensity to stay focused and on-point, and able to raise problems or challenges in a productive and proficient manner
  • Ability to work independently and together with a cross-functional team and aptitude to apply excellent problem-solving skills to technical challenges
  • Experience working in operations or industrial internships is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion to contribute to Kite
