Responsible for a wide variety of warehouse activities including assisting raw material inspector, gathering raw materials CoA from vendor, maintaining associated inventory and records within a GMP/ISO environment. Warehouse Coordinator in the Supply Chain department are responsible for the proper warehousing maintenance of GMP receiving raw materials. Works with Manufacturing personnel to meet the demand on providing raw materials on timely manner, and transport released GMP raw materials, components, supplies and essential in-process related solutions from warehouse to manufacturing.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Accurately matching packing slips against purchase orders and identifying immediate discrepancies.
  • Assisting raw material inspector to inspect raw materials.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good attendance and punctuality.
  • Team player, with positive attitude and initiative.
  • Must be able to lift moderate sized boxes.
  • Organize shelves and warehouse, maintain a clean work environment.
  • Base computer skills and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong planning, organization, time management skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and be a self-starter.
  • Prepare the requested material per request form, arrange delivery and distributes the requested materials to the requestor.
  • Good problem-solving skills are required in identifying/alerting others to operational problems.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
  • Update the inventory sheet as needed.
  • Order materials to supply chain.
  • Responsible to maintain Liquid Nitrogen Supply.
  • Daily monitoring of Cryogenic Storage Freezers.
  • Weekly replacement of the chart recorder's paper.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain material inventory and Non-GMP storage area.
  • Able to effectively apply knowledge of material flow and basic warehousing principles to Material Handling assignments (FIFO, FEFO, consolidation, lean principles).
  • Work with Management team to ensure an orderly and safe work environment.
  • Initiate and maintain storage area in the warehouse for Process Development Purchases.


Must Have/Required:

  • High School diploma or GED, with 3+ years working knowledge within a GMP manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good basic math skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in planning and organizing work efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work under time constraints and be flexible to meet changing deadlines.
  • Experience using manual and motorized warehouse equipment, pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
  • Must have a history of regular and predictable attendance and the ability to work different shifts as needed including weekends as needed.
  • Experience in Fed Ex, UPS and World Courier shipping systems.
  • Must be able to use Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, Outlook).


Physical Requirements:

  • Able to frequently lift, carry or move and position objects weighing up to 30 pounds. Able to bend, stoop and crouch to inspect materials or place labels. Consistently able to move about to coordinate work, exemplifies the culture we want to create, operates with transparency, is trusted.
  • Independently performed task as described in the company SOP.
  • Follow the company directives.


May Have/Preferred:

  • Experience with GMP and/or ISO manufacturing and warehouse systems.
  • Experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
