With Gilead HIV Prevention portfolio to keep Gilead HIV prevention leadership in China• Cooperate with Medical, Sales and PA to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing strategies.• Well manage events and promote company products.• Manage operation budget• Build up effective working relationships with key opinion leaders and make sure they have advanced disease and prevention related knowledge• Provide training to sales force for improving effectivenessKnowledge, Experience and Skills• Have solid marketing knowledge and experience in MNC• Be able to analyze complex marketing data and generate market insights• Have comprehensive interpersonal and relationship building skills, good at cross functions working• Have minimum 8-10 years pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, which includes 5 years of sales or marketing experience.
