The Marketing Manager I/II, SKYRIZI CD is responsible for the creation, development and implementation of health care provider programs & tactics in support of the SKYRIZI CD launch. The individual must be able to:
  • Work in a team-based environment to lead the execution of strategies and implementation of tactics to grow the business, maximize brand sales, market share, and profitability.
  • Internally foster positive working relationships with the marketing team, sales force, medical affairs, market research, sales training, regulatory, and other cross franchise marketing teams.
  • Work with external partners including agencies, consultants and external experts to successfully drive the business and achieve launch ambitions.

Key responsibilities of this role are listed below but may shift based on launch needs:
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the patient and Health Care Professional (HCP) to ensure marketing activities align with the needs of the customer.
  • Develop and execute high-impact HCP marketing tactics that are innovative, executable, and clinically/financially supported to drive disease state awareness and brand preference.
  • Identify problems proactively and conceptualize solutions using creativity and innovation.
  • Effectively track and manage marketing budget for area of responsibility.
  • Work with internal cross functional groups and external partners to insure integration and consistency of business strategies and regulatory compliance of promotional material.
  • Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion.
  • Continually evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend changes in approach as appropriate
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of tactics through measuring key metrics to ensure positive return on investment and achievement of brand objectives.
  • Proactively support the sales force through ongoing communications of marketing programs.
  • Apply marketing concepts in the development of tactical programs that leverage an understanding of brand positioning, brand architecture, SWOT analysis, competitive assessment, market research, marketing objectives/strategies, patient segmentation, etc.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with several types and levels of staff and external contacts, both in writing and verbally
  • Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA Preferred
  • Previous marketing experience preferred - 3+ years brand marketing/promotion
  • Experience working in multiple therapeutic categories
