A Driver - You are responsible for the aesthetic dollar sales and product growth for an assigned geography/area. You partner with the National Account Directors, Facial Inside Sales Managers, and Customer Experience team to deliver sales results for Facial Aesthetic product portfolio and identify opportunities to increase sales within designated customer segments: National Accounts, lead generation, vacant territory support. You execute corporate marketing strategies, strategically utilize resources, and effectively prioritize activities and projects.
An Inspirational Leader - You oversee a team of 6 Inside Sales representatives who are responsible for training, educating and developing aesthetic customers. You motivate your sales representatives to achieve sales goals and encourage them to collaborate with their peers. You lead the team through change and you have big picture perspective. You invest in the development of your people by training and coaching them and you take time for 1:1 discussions to help them achieve their sales goals and career aspirations.
A Natural Relationship Builder - You work closely with your IS leadership team, field leadership, sales force, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of pull-through strategies, marketing campaigns, customer and physician loyalty programs, and sampling programs. You assist in escalated customer issues and are comfortable engaging in crucial conversations. You also develop and maintain key customer relationships for the overall success of aesthetic products.

YOU WILL:
Be a positive role model and sales leader. Exhibit a high degree of emotional intelligence, integrity, and transparency. Possess superior business acumen and strong sales success.
Be focused on team performance. Consistently attain or exceed assigned sales, profitability, and sales growth while managing within guidelines. Provide appropriate strategic and tactical direction, evaluate progress and monitor the success of your sales team to ensure proper execution
Provide superior leadership. Manage the recruiting, hiring, and training process and the ongoing development of Inside Sales specialty representatives (Sales Associates, National Account representatives, and Sr. Sales Specialist). Identify talent and ensure strengths are maximized for optimal development, based on applicable career paths, to include the planning/implementation/managing of additional training and active experiences.
Build bridges. Work closely with Austin Site cross-functional teams to create optimal customer experiences and employee engagement. Partner with management to development opportunities for top talent. Participate in meetings with marketing, training, sales planning and analytics and customer operations to provide solutions to enhance profitability and increase operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

YOU BRING:

• At least five (5) years of medical sales experience or related field management.

• Successful experience with P&L performance, general marketing principles and concepts within healthcare, and knowledge of the inner workings of a physician's practice.

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university required.
