We at Kite are seeking new graduates to participate as an Analyst in our Technical Operations Rotation Program. This two-year program provides a full-time opportunity to diversify their skill set and gain exposure and industry experience across business units. The Technical Operations Rotation Program Associate, internally known as a Technical Analyst I, will participate in our four six-month rotations over the course of two years in multiple Technical Operations functions to gain a broad perspective of the operations process. Rotations could include:
Candidates applying for the Technical Operations Rotation Program should be enthusiastic and passionate about science and motivated to tackle sophisticated problems. Candidates will take on a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment throughout the rotation program.

Candidates applying for the Technical Operations Rotation Program should be enthusiastic and passionate about science and motivated to tackle sophisticated problems. Candidates will take on a variety of roles in a fast-paced environment throughout the rotation program.
Qualifications to be considered for this opportunity include:
- Recent B.S., B.A. M.B.A. or M.S. graduates who plan on graduating on or before June 2021 with track records of high scholastic achievement
- Demonstrated interest in subject areas: chemical and biochemical engineering, biomedical engineering, bioengineering, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology, microbiology, biology, business management or related fields
- Strong partnering skills with a proven track record of exceptionally strong and highly effective working relationships with internal customers, partners and teams
- Propensity to stay focused and on-point, and able to raise problems or challenges in a productive and proficient manner
- Ability to work independently and together with a cross-functional team and aptitude to apply excellent problem-solving skills to technical challenges
- Experience working in operations or industrial internships is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion to contribute to Kite
