Job Description/Responsibilities:

Gensun Biopharma Inc. is a biotechnology company located in Thousand Oaks, California that develops large molecule biotherapeutics for the treatment of cancer. The company is seeking a highly motivated scientist to support the antibody development and engineering of immune therapeutic bispecific and trispecific antibodies. The successful candidate should have experience with immunoassays and hands-on experience in the mammalian expression of monoclonal antibodies. The candidate will have the strong ability to multi-task and is expected to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of self-motivation.

Qualifications:

• Ph.D., MS or BS with at least 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with protein engineering or antibody engineering
• Strong molecular biology skills and mammalian expression
• Ability to develop and conduct screening assays, such as ELISA and cytometry-based assays
• High throughput methodologies and/or molecular biology skills are highly desirable
• A track record of scientific rigor, strong skills in critical thinking and troubleshooting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
