The Role

Pinetree Therapeutics has an opportunity for a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow with an interest in preclinical and translational cancer research who wants to make an impact by being part of a dynamic team working on the cutting edge of molecular-, cellular- and immune-oncology. Using our bispecific antibody pipeline, your research will focus on investigating oncogenic pathways, drug resistance mechanisms, biomarkers and treatment strategies in genetically defined cancers.

This position will provide an opportunity to perform cutting-edge biological research in the field of oncology and immuno-oncology, in collaboration with internal and external scientists and clinical investigators.

The funding term for this role is for two years, with the potential for an extension.


  • PhD in biology, biochemistry, pharmacology or equivalent and possess a strong publication record. Recent PhD graduates as well as candidates with prior postdoctoral experience are both appropriate.
  • Hands-on experience working with in vitro assays as well as mouse models of human cancers is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently as well as cultivate collaborative working relationships with other scientists.
  • 2 + year experience in general molecular biology techniques required.
  • Knowledge of cell transfection and transduction systems is a plus.
