Pinetree Therapeutics has an opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated and results-driven junior/senior in vivo pharmacologist with a background in oncology. You will work collaboratively with our team to advance the translational efforts of our bispecific antibody platform targeting genetically defined cancers. We are eager to provide you with the opportunity to plan and perform in vivo anti-tumor efficacy and PK/PD studies in support of multiple drug discovery programs. Studies will include evaluating and establishing efficacy, PK/PD relationships as well as combination therapy strategies and biomarker identification.
We look forward to having your extensive experience with animal models of human cancers, with hands on in vivo skills (IP, IV, SC, PO dosing), and blood & tissue collection. You will further perform ancillary in vitro and ex vivo assays to characterize effects of lead drug candidates that may include Western blot, FACS, ELISA or other assays as needed.

- PhD in oncology, biology, pharmacology (or equivalent) 3-5 years of post-graduate research experience preferred.
- MS with >5 years of experience in in vivo research required.
- Hands on in vivo skills(IP, IV, SC, PO dosing).
- Experience in blood & tissue collection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with other scientists as needed.
- Knowledge of immune cell biology, particularly T and DC cells in cancer/ autoimmune and infectious disease models a plus.
- Experience in immune cell characterization (e.g. using flow cytometry) and functional assay development a plus.
- Experience in large data analysis a plus.
