Summary
Responsible for the management and assessment of information that is necessary to enable data driven decisions and provide insights for the company. Develop clever tools and content to support senior management decision making within Regeneron's Integrated Product Supply (IPS) Planning processes. Lead the standardization of how data is consumed by clearly defining the assessed outcomes to senior management within the IPS process. Supports the development of Supply Chain metrics to identify gaps in current processes, improve service levels to internal and external customers, reduce waste, and improve the value chain efficiency.

Responsibilities
• Perform quantitative data analysis and build algorithms to design ways to consolidate data associated with the IPS process; manage systems that facilitate transfer of demand and production requirement information across Product Demand, Product Supply, Raw Materials Planning and Supply Integration.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and disciplined planning.
• Responsible for supporting supply chain with the process by being the expert on data and how to use data to support decision making within the organization
• Assist in creating reports which for example will provide inventory insight into clinical and commercial products.
• Analyze information to conceptualize and define operational problems, identify underlying principles, and determine most appropriate analytical methodologies.
• Research, design, develop, validate, and implement statistical and simulation models, optimizations, and algorithms to predict, quantify, or forecast various operational and performance metrics.
• Collect, validate and organize data for monthly metrics as well as Dashboards; creates charts for trending and forecast comparisons. Creates tables to summarize Clinical Study details and Commercial Demand Assumptions.
• Support Compliance activities for Supply Chain.
• Design novel data models, tools and templates by leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Develop and track metrics to measure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of data from stakeholders.
• Provide impactful graphical data visualizations intuitively communicating analytical insights, telling compelling stories, reinforcing logical recommendations, and driving informed actions.
• Provide support and subject matter expertise to develop additional databases / reports.
• Embrace and promote the IOPS culture and the Regeneron Way
• Assist in deploying IOPS Regeneron's Values and culture throughout the Supply Chain team

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate recommendations
• Working knowledge of supply chain management with emphasis in master production scheduling (MPS), material requirement planning (MRP), demand management, inventory management.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and changing priorities
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate details clearly and effectively.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and written and verbal communication.
• Oracle and BI data model experience a plus
• Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement knowledge a plus
• APICS or other related purchasing certifications a plus

Education and Experience
• Associate Analyst: Requires Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Science background and 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Analyst: Requires Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Science background and 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Senior Analyst: Requires Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Science background and 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience a plus
• Level of analyst to be determined based upon experience.
