We are currently seeking a qualified, highly motivated, experienced individual for the position of Associate Director, HCP Digital Marketing for Prostate Cancer. The position will report to the Director, HCP Marketing for Prostate Cancer. The location of the position is in Brisbane, CA.

Summary Description

The Associate Director, HCP Digital Marketing for Prostate Cancer (PC) will act as a key member of the HCP marketing team at Myovant Sciences, leading key non-personal activities as we plan to launch Relugolx for PC in 2020. The HCP Digital Marketing Lead is a strategic thought partner and functional expert, guiding high-impact non-personal campaigns and customer experiences for healthcare professionals - across channels, including media and social, web and mobile, and customer relationship management. Our vision for this new role is to establish a non-personal ecosystem around the sales reps to enable surround sound awareness building to drive brand choice. The role will collaborate closely with the broader Brand Marketing team, IT, Market Access, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, Medical Affairs, Legal and Regulatory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a cross-channel, non-personal, engagement expert within the Prostate Cancer Marketing Team, leading the development and execution of our HCP digital marketing strategy
  • Define HCP non-personal customer experiences to build momentum and awareness that enable HCP activation as we launch relugolix
  • Guide non-personal investments to create differentiated HCP customer experiences and drive launch success
  • Create integrated cross-channel campaign plans, clearly aligning digital tactics to launch objectives and thinking through how non-personal tactics will integrate with CRM and support the field sales team
  • Plan and own multi-channel HCP digital campaign execution
  • Work closely with our agency partners to create and optimize digital engagement tools (SEO/ SEM, banners, emails, videos, virtual congress presence, etc.)
  • Lead strategic identification and implementation of HCP CRM, to enable integration of non-personal and personal channels into a single dashboard
  • Collaborate with IT and Commercial Operations to build out capabilities/requirements to enable adoption of sales rep virtual selling platform
  • Proactively share current trends and emerging channels, digital capabilities, and best practices to educate stakeholders and improve customer engagement, campaign performance, and cross-channel optimization
  • Create digital campaign analytics strategy and performance plan to measure impact
  • Translate data into actionable insights to enhance and innovate the HCP non-personal customer experience
  • Create and manage dashboards to track digital KPI / metrics
  • Regularly share performance reports with key stakeholders to influence optimization and digital investment decisions
  • Navigate non-personal campaigns through medical, legal, regulatory reviews
  • Develop cross-functional relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and functional partners across Marketing, Medical, Field Sales, and Access to understand launch objectives, priorities, and strategies
  • Collaborate across the organization, working closely with the advocacy team and patient marketing to represent Myovant as a single voice across our various customer types
  • Manage agencies and external partners, holding them accountable to Myovant policies, standards, timelines and budgets

Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements
  • Experience developing and executing HCP digital marketing strategy
  • Expert knowledge of non-personal communication channels, including digital media (paid search, display), social media, web and mobile (SEO, responsive web design, web functionality, mobile apps), and relationship management (email and other database-driven customer engagement programs)
  • Experience in digital marketing and business fundamentals including the ability to align strategy and objectives to campaign design across multiple dimensions (channel, content, cadence)
  • Demonstrate partnership with PRC/MLR to ensure compliance of delivered tactics
  • Proven ability to deliver on projected results across all HCP digital engagement channels
  • High analytical capability with history of effectively leveraging digital analytics and developing, tracking, and acting on performance metrics and insights
  • Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of marketing materials is required
  • History of effectively partnering with agencies to realize the best of their abilities
  • A fierce and motivating competitive spirit and demonstrated track record of outmaneuvering and winning against the competition in manner that is aligned with Myovant values and rules of compliance
  • Strong track record of project and process management skills, along with the ability to work on multiple tasks, and to effectively prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, confident executive presence, and ability to communicate with and influence senior leaders

REQUIREMENTS

Education
  • BA or BS, MBA preferred

Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in HCP marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, and 6 years total across key commercial functions such as commercial operations, market research/analytics, sales, or sales training
  • Advertising agency experience a plus

TRAVEL, PHYSICAL DEMANDS, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Regularly required to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time
  • Regularly required to sit for long periods of time, and occasionally stand and walk
  • Regularly required to use hands to operate computer and other office equipment
  • Close vision required for computer usage
  • Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, climb and lift up to 20 pounds
