Job Description

Job Purpose:

The incumbent will be a shop floor employee in the manufacturing organization. The incumbent will provide (be trained in) the technical skill-sets necessary to manufacture high quality biologicals safely in a compliant, efficient, and cost effective manner.
  • Shift: Days, 2,2,3 schedule
  • Hours: 6am-6pm
  • Must be willing to work every other weekend
  • Level will be determined based on years of experience


Major Accountabilities:
  • Provides production support, setting up production procedures and labels
  • Operates manufacturing equipment following standard procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
  • Tracks equipment performance and adjusts setups, calibrations and alignments
  • Enters data for process control, departmental databases and spreadsheets
  • Performs routine maintenance and cleaning


Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Vocational or technical training/experience with automated machinery preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical, GMP, FDA regulated environment preferred
