The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for leading a high performing team of analysts and support staff to execute Pharmavite QC processes in a lab environment, and achieve results in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Engages and inspires their team to achieve results. The Quality Control Supervisor reports to the Quality Control Manager.

Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:

Ensure safe and GMP compliant lab operations, maintaining audit readiness always. Monitor and review test data to ensure accuracy and data integrity, ensuring uniformity in lab techniques. Lead out of specifications investigations to identify root cause, ensure appropriate resolution. Generate SOP, JI, and other standard methods to ensure accuracy and precision of test results and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is well versed in a lab environment and ready to take on a challenge. You are an experienced leader of people who enjoys motivating a high performing team of professionals.

Effectively lead your team to deliver the required results. Coach, engage, motivate, and develop a high performing team to ensure success. A continuous improvement mindset, ready to challenge the status quo in order to advance quality systems and processes. A robust and practical understanding of relevant lab instrumentation, methods, and techniques. A track record of effective troubleshooting, optimization, and problem-solving. In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:

BS degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Microbiology, or related sciences. 5+ years of relevant experience in a QC or lab environment in a regulated industry. Bench experience with physical, chemical/microbiological testing in a regulated industry. Knowledge and understanding of principles associated with chemical, micro, and physical test methods.
