Associate Product Director - Established Products Marketing

You are more than just a job title, YOU ARE:

Brand Management Expert: Subject Matter Expert for the brand team responsible for all core marketing responsibilities and processes.Responsible for all core marketing responsibilities and business processes on Bystolic.

YOU WILL:
• Develop and articulate effective, executable marketing strategies and tactics that are clinically/financially supported for areas of responsibility (product/indication/channel).
• Demonstrate ability to segment a market, select optimal target audiences and position effectively for the target segment.
• Create high-impact promotional material that supports strategic objectives.
• Manage advertising, promotion, and other projects within assigned budget.
• Manage overall brand marketing financial budget and promotional materials including sample optimization.
• Ensure sales teams are aligned on brand strategies and tactics to pull through POA strategy.
• Continually evaluate and apply knowledge of the effectiveness (share impact/ROI) and efficiency (expense control) of promotional tactics.
• Effectively negotiate projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion
• Ensure that regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed.
• Maintain a working knowledge of industry information sources (MD/Channel level data, audits/secondary data and primary research).
• Use appropriate data sources to evaluate effectiveness of promotion (ROI/share impact analysis) and develop business strategy.
• Effectively direct research team efforts in primary research projects
• Provide input for business development/alliance projects

Qualifications

YOU BRING:
• Bachelor degree, advanced degree preferred
• At least 7 years total work experience, previous sales and marketing experience/prior cardiology preferred
• Cross-channel, cross-franchise marketing experience preferred
