  • You will become an integral member of our data science, research infrastructure, and information technology teams, helping to design and deploy applications and services to the cloud
  • You will help design, build, and implement modern DevOps best practices for applications that support our ability to processes and integrate data and results from genetics, functional genomics and computational chemistry domains
  • You will work with the Data Science, Research Infrastructure, and IT departments to deploy and maintain production-quality, cutting-edge data management, analysis, and visualization tools
  • You will help deploy and maintain production-quality, scalable bioinformatics, genetics and computational chemistry applications and services by taking responsibility for managing cloud infrastructure, including hybrid on-prem networking, continuous integration and delivery tools, infrastructure as code, and systems monitoring
  • You will build and maintain relationships with external vendors and contract organization to support your work maintaining our cloud operations
  • You will communicate technical recommendations regarding security, networking, and monitoring to internal audiences, and will contribute to the design and implementation of security and compliance systems

Your Navigation Tools:
