The Digital Marketing team is excited to welcome new talent, from all industries. The team is comprised of technology and marketing experts with diverse backgrounds. Pharma experience not required, in fact outside industry experience is welcomed!

The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for managing the detailed daily tactical media campaigns across all digital channels: search, social, display, on-line video, SMS and email. The Digital Campaign Specialist will work with agencies and data scientist to provide business context and insights on media and audience performance data to provide a feedback loop with execution. While this role is not "hands on keyboard" it will require deep knowledge of the media platforms. The ideal candidate should however, also be comfortable "getting their hands dirty" creating requirements, business rules, workflows, campaign adjustments etc., where needed.

• Media platform tactical / execution expert in campaign setup, conversion tracking and optimization adjustments within social, search and programmatic
• Manage media, audience and creative tracking taxonomy to ensure data quality and resolves issues by coordinating with external vendors, agency partners and IT
• Create and deliver reporting for all campaigns on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Generate hypotheses and actionable recommendations to improve the performance of campaigns to align with KPI framework and business objectives
• Deliver continuous improvement through questioning and challenging existing assumptions and extracting patterns in data
• Assist with creating and maintaining presentations for management
• Manage continuous A/B testing plans and ensure results are regularly communicated out to key stakeholders
• Work directly with internal ad servers, vendors, DSPs, Salesforce audience management tools and agencies on all elements of campaign management.


• Bachelor's degree, preferred in marketing or business discipline, preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years' experience in advertising, marketing, business or related field
• Must be knowledgeable about CPA focused campaigns
• Significant experience with digital advertising platforms including Google, Facebook, Instagram Twitter, The Trade Desk Display, Online Video programmatic and SEM
• Experience with Salesforce Audience Studio and TTD required
• Align test plans and campaigns with business and media performance KPIs and objectives. Track and monitor overall performance to demonstrate value of campaigns and A/B tests
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Great written/verbal communication with an ability to articulate digital functionality and concepts into laymen's terms for inexperienced clients and partners
• Excellent project management and task tracking skills
• Strong ability to work independently, be proactive about campaign management, departmental improvement, and market advancement
• Creative problem-solving skills with a desire to always find a successful solution
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently, as well as flexibility to adjust quickly to changes in priorities from external forces
