Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Associate Director/Manager will support the team to implement the US Medical strategy for the TYK2i (deucravacitinib) program in dermatology and for related LCM activities.
- Develop and deliver the strategy for a successful psoriasis launch for BMS-986165
- Support medical team congress activities, including booths, symposia, et al.
- Champion content creation for internal and external audiences; execute promotional (Prep) review
- Support the team to capture ongoing projects and track progress/ output
- Collaborates with Medical Matrix to develop and execute the Medical Plan
- Coordinates and support preparation of senior executive presentations, ensuring that the team has captured all relevant information.
- Proactively align and build strong relationships with champions and other advisors/stakeholders on issues or concerns to provide medical advice toensure balance of messages in accordance with relevant guidelines.
- Communicate external stakeholder opinions, MSL insights and feedback on new data, clinical trends and the evolving PsO landscape to inform medical strategy
- Participate in internal and external meetings (training, educational and others, including medical congresses) to remain current on ever changing regulations, relevant new medical/scientific information and commercial strategy
- Fully comply with all company policies and applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior industry experience in dermatology or health care practitioners treating psoriatic diseases are strongly preferred.
- PharmD, MD, PhD, NP or PA, with minimum of 2-5 years of experience working in either in the pharmaceutical industry or clinical practice. Other education backgrounds will be considered with appropriate experience.
- Drug prelaunch and launch experience is a plus.
- Strong scientific/medical written and verbal communication skills required.
- Demonstrates thorough understanding of immunology-related treatment landscape
- Business acumen and ability to impact and influence internal stakeholders
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with demonstrated success in driving optimal business results in a complex matrix organization required
- Highly organized and motivated individual with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives
- The successful candidate must have the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, have excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
