As the lead of the Winning with Data capability, you will lead the commercial transformation of the WWD capability by developing a data & insights driven decision-making organization.

This role will report into our GM Customer Excellence and will work closely with BTS, CEX, and commercial colleagues across global, area and affiliate to establish data and analytical capabilities as part of the cultural DNA whereby functions are better integrated and working cross functional.

In partnership with BTS, provide strategic management to drive business impact addressing our core operating model across Future Fit capabilities. Evolve the organization where data and analytics is at scale, with a pipeline of use case spanning market archetypes, functions, and business units. Developing organizational analytical capabilities with a ways of working model through job families. Through their leadership have a clear articulation of business needs with WWD at affiliate and Global level and establish data as a democratized asset.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team of professionals to provide leadership for global data transformational practices
  • Develop and own use cases with source system reflecting agile development to prove end-to-end capabilities before scaling
  • Lead rolling development and implementation for continuous improvement
  • Set-up strong governance and invest in culture and business buy-in
  • Build strong link between commercial, BTS, CEX to align on business value, priorities and resources
  • Drive strategic vison through three critical enablers:
  • People and Capabilities including creating a data translation and insights driven culture
  • Data centric capabilities development & center of excellence knowledge transfers
  • Strategic partnership with Global learning to build frontline (Brand Teams) and management capabilities (AMTs, GBTs)
  • Process responsibility for data management and embedding governance, establish quality standards, and embed 4-step process
  • Systems responsibility including data storage centralization, data visualization and data analytics platform ownership



  • Track record of successfully driving change and delivering results in ambiguous environments and working in a high performing matrix organization.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with ability to frame business issues and apply data analysis to support real-time decision-making
  • Business leader with strong business acumen who has translational capabilities between data analytics and business questions
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities that require strong project management and decision-making capabilities
  • Demonstrated/inspiring leading large-scale change and strategy transformations
  • Resourceful and creative - must bring fresh insights to a dynamic business environment
  • Demonstration of a test and learn framework that was embedded as part of multi-channel execution to inform continuous improvement, learning and business decisions
  • Ability to establish mutually productive and positive relationships with internal and external groups
  • Resourceful and creative - must bring fresh insights to a dynamic business environment
  • Experience of working in a regulated environment with Legal and Compliance organizations.

  • Graduate degree in business or healthcare
  • 10+ years leading driving advanced capabilities
  • E-commerce experience
