Manager, CNS HCP Marketing, UBRELVY

YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE...
• A Supportive brand leader. You will support brand development of Healthcare Provider (HCP) multi-stakeholder strategy, including strategic brand positioning, target audience identification and segmentation strategies, brand strategic imperatives, brand plan development and execution for UBRELVY, an acute treatment for migraine launched Q1 2020.
• A Strategic product Innovator. You will support identification and crystallization of strategic insights through deep understanding and analysis of market landscape, customer unmet needs, competitive dynamics and positioning, while focusing on product positioning that will drive significant adoption and differentiation in the migraine treatment market
• A Forward-thinking Supporter. You will support the development of the UBRELVY promotional plan, evolve messaging, and develop promotional materials using strategically aligned clinical data that delivers upon healthcare provider unmet needs to drives trial of and loyalty to UBRELVY.

• Plan and develop. Develop launch planning tracking and management system, including Direct Marketing Budget prioritization, resource allocation, marketing operational management for Medical, Legal, Regulatory and Compliance review, Veeva submission of Healthcare Provider Materials.
• Develop promotional assets. Drive pull through of HCP promotional assets and materials into digital assets, including website for education and promotional purposes and non-personal promotion communications.
• Collaborate effectively. Partner closely with cross functional partners, patient strategic leads, managed care partners, medical and clinical teams, as well as finance and marketing insights and analytics.


• Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a successful track record in pharmaceutical sales, marke ting or related functions- strong analytical and strategic marketing skills
• Previous experience in project management, promotional materials development, healthcare marketing through agency and/or Pharma Consulting roles preferred
• Experience in supporting strategic positioning of products for success within competitive environments
• Scientific acumen & therapeutic understanding, with the ability to analyze complex datasets
• Strong financial acumen with a good understanding of P&L drivers and the ability to develop appropriate investment & support rationale for sales forecasts
• Experience with launch &/or on-market commercial teams an advantage
• Experience working within matrix-based teams and project management
