Director, Benefits & Wellbeing

The Director of Benefits and Wellbeing leads and collaborates with Regeneron's wellbeing and benefits teams in order to build, implement, and run an intuitive health and wellbeing portfolio. The portfolio developed will help attract top talent and encourage current employees to lead their overall health and wellbeing. We need someone who can exemplify thought leadership and innovative approaches in order to lead the team to execute with excellence and by focusing on outstanding employee experience by strong communication and inclusiveness. Overall, this role has responsibility for wellbeing, health, welfare, retirement, voluntary benefits, PTO and LOA management.

As the Director of Benefits and Wellbeing, a typical day might include:

• Setting short and long-term benefits/wellbeing strategy, providing though leadership and engagement with other key leaders across the organization.
• Aligning benefit strategies with overall Total Rewards, HR, and business strategy and objectives globally.
• Collaborating with finance, company leadership, and external consultants to set, assess and report on financial performance of benefits/wellbeing programs.
• Designing methods and creating opportunities to proactively seek partner input, feedback, and insights to understand the diverse and evolving needs for workforce.
• Creating and supporting the effective branding and associated communications efforts to promote employee awareness and value recognition of Regeneron plans and programs.

• You have a "data first" mentality to advocate for insights, decisions, and strategies.
• You can act as the "face of the function" to the organization by representing benefits/wellbeing when necessary.
• You are collaborative and lead the team in flawless execution and communication.

To be considered for this opportunity you must possess a bachelor's degree and a minimum 14 years of experience, including demonstrated success setting and executing strategy. Leadership and management experience of personnel is required due to the amount of responsibility and ownership of the portfolio at hand. Additionally, deep technically skills and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations regarding this specific area. We need someone with the ability to lead multiple priorities, allocate resources, and make decisions in an environment that is extremely flexible in nature. Passionate about wellbeing, in all its forms and advocates wellbeing as a culture and engagement strategy for employees while staying data driven.
