Job Details
As the Director of Benefits and Wellbeing, a typical day might include:
- Setting short and long-term benefits/wellbeing strategy, providing though leadership and engagement with other key leaders across the organization.
- Aligning benefit strategies with overall Total Rewards, HR, and business strategy and objectives globally.
- Collaborating with finance, company leadership, and external consultants to set, assess and report on financial performance of benefits/wellbeing programs.
- Designing methods and creating opportunities to proactively seek partner input, feedback, and insights to understand the diverse and evolving needs for workforce.
- Creating and supporting the effective branding and associated communications efforts to promote employee awareness and value recognition of Regeneron plans and programs.
- You know the marketplace, the latest trends and innovative thinking and translates them into culturally and organizationally appropriate goals and objectives for the team.
- You understand nuances of company and advocates for the appropriate balance of standard programs and custom solutions within a consistent framework/strategy.
- You keep employee experience top of mind and encourage understanding of all levels of employees.
- You have a "data first" mentality to advocate for insights, decisions, and strategies.
- You can act as the "face of the function" to the organization by representing benefits/wellbeing when necessary.
- You are collaborative and lead the team in flawless execution and communication.
