CONTRACT - CONTRACTS MANAGEMENT
Position Summary:
This role will provide contracts management support within the Legal Department. This is a contract temporary role.

Position Summary:
This role will provide contracts management support within the Legal Department. This is a contract temporary role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contracting activity support using iRequest and iContract (Procure 2 pay Software from Zycus) to include drafting, reviewing, negotiating and the execution of contracts
- Provide support cross-functionally and within the Legal Department
- Serve as initial point of contact for internal and external contract process / status questions
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely contract execution and renewals
- Identify contract process issues and propose solutions to Contract Management
Qualifications:
- Biotech industry experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with Zycus is preferred and highly desirable
- Experience working collaboratively with the legal team and cross-functionally with various business functions
