The Sr. Manager, Forecasting & Analytics is a key business partner to Commercial functions and Brand Team responsible for supporting financial and operational decisions that may impact a brand's revenue. As the Senior Manager, Forecasting and Analytics, Oncology, you will be responsible for contributing to the generation, refinement, tracking and dissemination of the revenue forecasts for the company's marketed products. This role is the liaison with partners and collaborators. We need someone who can build effective lasting relationships.
A typical day in the role might include:
  • Preparing patient-based forecast model to include key patient flow and brand variables.
  • Stay abreast of market and competitive landscape in oncology including commercial, regulatory, research and development events for contending products and product candidates.
  • Collaborating with partners to ensure they are aware of and aligned with the latest approved Commercial brand revenue forecast.
  • You may be called on to assist with Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations colleagues with earnings call and external financial guidance preparation.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all Regeneron standards operating procedures and policies, as well as governmental and industry regulations.
This role might be for you if:

You have an MBA from a premier school and 7+ years of dynamic industry experience; 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related experience. We prefer someone with experience in oncology indications and familiarity with treatment regimens. A proven understanding of commercialization of prescription pharmaceuticals is essential for this role. Familiarity with gross to net accounting will be advantageous. Extensive experience with MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and we prefer IQVIA experience. The successful candidates will possess strong leadership skills and able to cultivate a collaborative work environment for the team. Some technical knowledge in modeling, quantitative/analytical techniques, forecasting and finance will be helpful.
