The Marketing Senior Manager, Patient Support, Inflammation reports to the Marketing Director, Patient Access for Tezepelumab. As a member of Patient Access team, this individual will be responsible for the development and tactical pull through of critical patient support launch activities for Tezepelumab. This role will require a high level of collaboration and alignment across multiple Amgen partners as well as our AstraZeneca partners.

Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to, the following:
  • Development and implementation of the patient access and specialty pharmacy distribution strategies while in close coordination with brand, patient support capability leads, and AstraZeneca partners
  • Development of best in class branded access programs and tools
  • Partner with sales training to create effective, memorable, world class training on patient support tools and programs, including supporting the planning and carry through of the launch meeting
  • Partner in the development and communication of appropriate critical metrics that effectively capture patient support performance during launch.
  • Lead field input teams and ensure synthesis and prioritization of key feedback
  • Lead MAC or AZAP approval of brand related materials while ensuring close alignment with regulatory, law and compliance across Amgen and AstraZeneca
  • Lead market research planning
  • Lead budget development and monitor performance


Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or

Master's degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or

Associate's Degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the US access and payer environments, coverage and reimbursement, and/or patient support service landscape
  • 5+ years marketing, sales, or patient access experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare space
  • Experience developing, executing, and measuring campaigns for specialty products
  • Ability to spearhead work groups, take initiative, build alignment, inform, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically and solve problems
  • Strong project management skills and experience leading multiple vendors and agency partners.
  • Strong background executing complex projects from inception thru completion on time and within budget
  • Experience in respiratory or other specialty markets
