The Capital Projects Team is seeking an engineering intern to support the team at Longmont. The Capital Engineering Team is responsible for the planning, delivery, automation and validation of all capital projects at the six building, gene therapy manufacturing campus. These projects can be multimillion dollar technology implementation or simple purchases of new equipment. The intern will be able to experience a variety of projects and project support activities.
- Author new equipment specifications and user requirements
- Review validation protocols
- Review design packages
- Receipt verification of process equipment
- Project engineering field walks
- Project schedule updates
- Drawing markups
- Website and data management
- Collaborate with procurement
- Energy and Sustainability
Engineering degree or 2+ years of progress toward engineering degree
Candidates with graduate studies in multiple fields would be considered including; process engineering, electrical/systems engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, construction, architecture, technology, robotics, industrial engineering, finance, environmental engineering, sustainability.
The level of this position will be based on the final candidate's qualifications.
