Job Details
As a Process Sciences Associate, a typical day might include the following:
• Leading teams of data enters inputting manufacturing data into Discoverant
• Collaborating with other departments (Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, etc.) to support the efficient transfer of data
• Presenting on project status and team metrics during cross functional meetings
• Authoring technical documents to support system data integrity
• Tracking metrics to ensure on-time delivery of data in order support batch disposition
• Assessing impact of source data changes on Discoverant
This role might be for you if you:
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and you have the innate ability to balance multiple projects, prioritize them and execute them independently, while excelling at communicating with all impacted parties
• Can take on new and sometimes ambiguous challenges and learn quickly
• Have strong attention to detail
• Can work in a team environment but can also take ownership of projects
• Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Can develop and drive scientific and/or business-related improvement ideas
To be considered for the Process Sciences Associate position you must be willing and able to work 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. You must have a BS/BA in life sciences/engineering or related field; Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or Computer Science preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
