The Engineering, Data Coordinator, supports the manual coordination of process data and ensure the integrity of transcribed information across a variety of data management platforms.

  • Day-to-day interactions with Manufacturing and Quality to collate process and test data into the appropriate electronic medium.
  • Maintains data integrity through the verification of data into approved spreadsheets and reports.
  • Utilizes GMP approach for the collection of manual and/or electronic data.
  • Partners with Manufacturing and Quality to ensure the fidelity of transcribed data.
  • Conforms to data verification procedures to ensure the integrity of transcribed information.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year working within a GMP regulated environment.
  • Detail oriented: Attention to detail for data collection, compilation, and verification.
  • Proficiency in using electronic word processing, spreadsheet, and database tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, etc.

The level of this position will be based on the final candidate's qualifications.
