Manager, IT Technology

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Manager, IT Technology for our Sleepy Hollow, NY location. Responsible for Oracle Payroll, OTL (Time and Labor) and Shift Management applications and its integration with Core HR, Benefits and external (non-erp) systems such as ADP and other systems. Design and implement Oracle Payroll, OTL and shift management applications in the technology roadmap and aligning with programs key stakeholders. Support Business Relationship manager and align with OTL and Payroll related business priorities. Manage Payroll and OTL IT Operations team. Support Oracle Core HR, Benefit and Compensation applications. Support Oracle Projects solution and its integration with OTL. Provide end-user support for Payroll and Time & Labor modules and the interfaces to and from the above modules by analyzing production issues and working with end-users as well as internal and external resources to solve issues. Responsible for configuration and documentation of Oracle Payroll and OTL application. Develop, manage and deployment of fast formulae, fast formulas and rules, worker groups, time keeper groups including optimization. Supervises 3 Oracle EBS Payroll/OTL PL/SQL Developers.

Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in electronic engineering or related and 7 years of employment experience in oracle HCM, payroll, and time and attendance as a technology developer, functional expert, and leader. Must possess 7 years of experience with the following: oracle eBusiness suite payroll and OTL applications; oracle HCM applications including Core HR, Employee, Manager Self Services, advance benefits; working within the confines of established IT teams with formal process for: plc (Program & Project Lifecycles Management), SDLC (software development life cycle), and ITIL processes; international (non-us) payroll processes, localizations, employment tax laws and how changes to tax law and processes affect functional and technical changes in oracle payroll applications; and designing and building integrations between time and attendance (timesheet) applications and payroll applications. Must possess 2 years of experience with the following: Life Sciences regulatory requirements, including GxP and HIPPA compliance; and working within the confines of established IT teams with formal process for: PPM (project & portfolio mgmt.) Software.
