This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative, patient focused organization. AbbVie Endocrinology Inc. (AEI) is responsible for AbbVie Access Support (AAS), myAbbVie Assist (myAA) and Pharmacy Solutions.

The goal of AEI is to help patients with access challenges across complex insurance landscape and to provide free drugs to patients who have financial hardship. AEI BTS team is looking for a technology strategist to drive the architecture and innovation and help in transforming our business. The individual will bring subject area expertise and elevate the organization to the next level of effectiveness.

AEI business is evolving with multiple new products onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of that change. Technology Architecture & Innovation Manager will be responsible for end-to-end service experience and interaction design. The position will have responsibility to help improve AEI Business Performance. This individual will enable the solution design in alignment with functional BTS teams. He/she will work on web design, user-centered design, graphic design, human factors engineering, user interface (UI) design, information architecture (IA), Interaction design (IxD), usability testing, Customer communication and marketing for AEI BTS.

Key Responsibilities include:

Integration Architecture
Coordinate, plan and architect all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions as required to meet the business objectives.

Information Architecture
Organizes Information architecture of products and services to support usability and findability of organizational data. With a focus on metadata: for content objects such as documents, people, processes, and organizations. Designs navigation and the way in which the interface elements are placed so as to regulate the users' movement through the information architecture and make it simple.

Innovation
The individual is responsible for leadership on technology, ensuring the alignment of technology vision with business strategy, and for driving technology innovation throughout the entire AEI BTS organization.

Qualifications

Experience in a Business Analyst role

Bachelors degree with 6 years experience

Systems Testing and IT Implementation experience

Project Management experience

Significant Work Activities
