Senior Product Manager - Body Contouring

*YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE...
  • A Strategist - You are responsible for strategic planning and tactical implementation of the North America physician marketing function, with a focus on prospect marketing and system sales.
  • A Driver - You drive marketing projects to completion, including creating project goals, plan, and tactics and must be able to track success factors and provide weekly status reports.

  • Be a trusted and expert partner. Drive strategic and tactical execution of physician marketing efforts with focus on system sales
  • Build bridges. Oversee peer-to-peer education programs nationally, regionally and locally including overall program strategy and execution, content development and reporting
  • Oversee tradeshows. Provide strategic ownership of tradeshow strategy nationally, regionally and locally, identify speakers, and manage training/speaker bureaus.
  • Guide clients. Provide strategic guidance and lead development of publication and advertising plan to support physician prospect marketing. Develop programs, messaging and collateral materials to drive sales team initiatives, and support these activities with field training.
  • Monitor performance. Continuously analyze and report the performance of capital equipment marketing efforts and serve as the day-to-day marketing point-of-contact for the sales team.

Additional Duties May Include
  • Educate and train sales team on matters related to CoolSculpting products and programs
  • Develop close working relationship with global marketing services, consumer marketing, sales team, tradeshows and CoolSculpting KOLs.
  • Assist in developing and executing annual physician marketing strategy and tactical plan.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and continue to optimize performance for best ROI.
  • Track and analyze expenditures and ensure adherence to approved budget.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external customers and agencies to achieve objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback to management regarding project status, as well as other critical issues that affect goal achievement.
  • Attend relevant industry meetings and conferences.
  • Support company goals and objectives, policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and regulatory requirements.


  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively more responsible professional experience in product/marketing management in the medical device or medical aesthetics space is a must. In-depth knowledge of the product marketing and new product development function.
  • BS/BA in business or a life science related field is preferred. MBA is desirable.
  • Excellent track record of success, working with minimal supervision to meet project objectives and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and SFDC
  • Experience in the aesthetic industry and/or capital device space
  • Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Analytical and problem resolution skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Work with complex multi-faceted organization and a cross-functional environment
  • Manage and prioritize workload, multi-task and manage a diverse mix of issues, responsibilities and challenges
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and analytical expertise while able to articulate concepts and ideas
