This role might be for you if:

  • You can take a step back and perform root cause analyses to inform data-based decision making
  • You are comfortable working within a variety of technology, systems, and data sets, including HRIS systems, and other people related systems
  • You are gifted with agile learning and the ability to deal with ambiguity. Translating sophisticated people and data scenarios into clear and coherent solutions
  • You can actively negotiate and influence others, demonstrating courage and the ability to effectively push back on "that's the way we have always done it" and can identify a third option that can meet all party's needs
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a scientific or HR related field (an advanced degree is preferred (MBA/Master's)). Minimum 10 years' HR-related experience within our industry or organization that supports and works directly with a global R&D organization is required.
