The Senior Manager Supply Chain is responsible for leading the Enable Business Process Team and maintaining and advancing the portfolio of Global Supply Chain Enable Business processes. The Enable team is comprised of Business Process Managers (BPMs) covering Product Planning, Lead Time, Lifecycle Management and Jurisdictional Control.

The scope of the role includes negotiating a strategic global position after taking feedback from multiple sources such as regions/sites and leading cross-functional teams to consistently deliver on-time and high-quality results. The Enable Team Lead will collaborate the BPMs and cross-functionally/site to develop, assess, maintain and advance business processes, addressing pain points, identifying improvement and alignment opportunities.

Additionally, the Enable Team members are owners of multiple E2E Viz metrics, which includes regular report out to executive management. The Enable Team Lead will support the team in metric management and provide strategic direction for metric optimization and enhanced visualization.

This individual will be responsible for achieving the following objectives:
  • Perform process health and maturity assessments across the Enable processes and develop/socialize roadmap to continue evolving and maturing the processes
  • Apply best in class capabilities including people, processes, technology, and metrics to achieve performance improvement
  • Improve agility and cross-functional alignment for decision making using DAI principals

Specifically, the role will:
  • Develop standardized mechanisms to measure progress against KPI targets, new projections and risk opportunities
  • Establish linkage between the business processes, including exception criteria and decision-making thresholds
  • Identify and lead execution of technology optimization opportunities to support business process advancement
  • Evaluate training documentation and instructor led training and ensure training is fit for purpose
  • Identify, quantify, and lead complex projects with cross-functional impact across the network

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of directly related experience OR

Master degree and 6 years of directly related experience OR

Bachelor degree and 8 years of directly related experience OR

Associate's degree and 10 years of directly related experience OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of directly related experience AND

2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership, experience leading teams, projects, programs or directing of allocation of resources

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes (Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Lifecycle Management, Variation Management, etc.)
  • Ability to develop innovative and creative output based on interpretation and analysis
  • Experience with information systems supporting Plan-to-Ship and/or Lifecycle management business processes (including ERP-SAP, Kinaxis RapidResponse, RIM, and other Data platforms)
  • Experience in working in a global environment, ability to liaise/communicate effectively at different management levels
  • Ability to liaise/communicate effectively and easily with cross-functional teams and different cultures
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
