The Registration Manager conducts registration and labeling activities with government agencies in North America, supporting existing and new products for both internal and external customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and provide regulatory subject matter expertise support to business partners. Apply knowledge and expertise to maintain compliance with applicable regulations and to develop, plan coordinate and implement registration submission strategies.
  • Manage others to ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulatory requirements. Delegates and coordinates various tasks among the team.
  • Assist Senior manager to lead, mentor, and guide development of talent, which includes development planning, performance management, and recognition. Assist Senior Manager to establish clear performance expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate as required in trade association meetings, representing Sigura and its Regulatory department. (ACC Biocides Panel, CSPA, etc.)
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Preferred area of study: Physical Sciences
  • BS Degree with 5-8 years’ experience, MS Degree with 4-6 years’ experience, or Ph.D. with 3-5 years’ experience
  • In depth understanding of the Federal registration processes and procedures.
  • Attention to details, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in speaking and writing.
  • Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with regulators over time.
  • Able to effectively argue company positions without damaging relationships with regulators. Positive attitude and ability to work with regulators as well as people in the business functions.
