We are seeking a motivated and experienced scientist with background in immunology/cellular biology to join the Bispecific Antibodies group. The position will support our ongoing efforts to design, produce and evaluate novel immune modulators for immuno-oncology indications. The successful candidate will work closely with a talented team of protein engineers and immunologists to characterize our novel therapeutics in preclinical tumor models.

As a temp Associate Scientist, a typical day may include:

- Perform in vivo anti-tumor efficacy studies, including mouse dosing (IP, IV, SC) and tumor growth monitoring.
- Collect and process tissue samples from mouse tumor studies (tumor, spleen, lymph node, blood, etc) for downstream multiparameter flow cytometry (FACS) and ex vivo functional assays.
- Perform in vitro/ex vivo functional assays (cell proliferation, cytotoxicity) and serum/supernatant analyte analysis (ELISA, MSD, CBA).
- Independently conduct data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Maintain complete, accurate, and timely record of experiments and data analysis.
- Present data at group and inter-departmental meetings.

This role may be for you if:

- You have expertise in preclinical mouse tumor models.
- You have Extensive knowledge and lab experience in in vivo techniques are required for this position.
- You have experience with cell-based assays and multiparameter flow cytometry is highly desirable

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a PhD, or MS with 3+ years experience in immunology, cell/molecular biology, oncology or related fields. Experience in cell culture (primary cells and cell lines), tissue sample processing, and in vitro/ex vivo cell-based assays. Experience in multiparameter flow cytometry is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, ability to work productively in a fast-evolving collaborative team environment.
