Purpose:

Assists with IT Compliance support across Enterprise Applications. Applies IT and Compliance knowledge and experience to analyze requirements against IT policies, procedures and processes. Assist the team with Compliance activities within a project or multiple projects within a single client area.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, procedures and processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of approval documentation per policy and procedure.
  • Assists in the establishment of regulated policies and procedures at the departmental level.
  • Assists with global audit request (Internal, SOX, FDA, QA, and other Regulatory audits).
  • Coordinates elements for IT Compliance efforts within a project.
  • Tracks and reports non-compliance items and risks across Enterprise Application functional areas (SAP COE, Finance Systems, Corporate Services, and HR/Payroll).
  • Provides weekly status report updates on audit and compliance items to management.
  • Tracks remediation activities and provides compliance support related to non-compliance issues.
  • Assists with Compliance projects.
  • Performs work using standard methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure IT Compliance.
  • Completes project tasks within time.
  • Maintains productive relationships with peers and management in IT and the business function. Works under general supervision and is competent to work independently on most aspects of IT Compliance activities; requires only general direction for the balance of their activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience in a quality systems environment, or equivalent combined work experience.
  • Good analytic capability and the ability to work with both IT management and staff.
