Sr Product Manager - BOTOX Cervical Dystonia

You are more than just a job title, YOU ARE:

Developer and Executioner - responsible for development/execution of professional marketing plans and resource allocation to achieve short and long-term product/brand strategies and financial goals
Collaborator - close interaction with internal stakeholders, field sales and key customers to guide product positioning, key messaging and drive overall marketing efforts for use of Botox in cervical dystonia

  • Be a key member of the Integrated Brand Team (IBT) and will work with the cross functional team to develop US brand strategy
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing stakeholders in both the management and development of KOLs, advisors, and consultants
  • Communicate key strategies and messages to sales organization, while working closely with sales & marketing to identify and cultivate thought leaders
  • Gather timely feedback on programs/tactics and response to key initiatives to enhance execution and identify new program development opportunities
  • Provide content for peer to peer initiatives and promotional programs
  • Ensure adherence to legal guidelines with all medical education, scientific literature and other tools to educate physician community
  • Manage sales forecasts and marketing budgets


  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of applicable marketing experience
  • Experience partnering with KOLs and the physician community to achieve business objectives preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with many levels of employees of various disciplines within various departments and all other internal and external contacts
  • Business project management skills with the ability to work in a highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Experience in health care preferred
  • Financial/budgetary experience
  • Ability to travel
