The Temp Global Development PMO, Process Improvement will support projects throughout Global Development by providing project management, project implementation and organizational change support for non-drug/study projects. You will work closely with senior leaders and project teams to support and lead projects to completion. You will also operate as a liaison on a variety of Global Development initiatives and internal and external special projects.

As a Temp GD, PMO a typical day might include the following:
  • Providing project oversight and management for activities related to departmental operations and infrastructure, pivotal initiatives, technology/system change, process improvements and organizational design
  • Developing and managing project plan, decision and action logs, status updates and raising risks and issues with key business partners
  • Facilitating meetings, workshops, working sessions as part of project planning and execution
  • Coordinating meetings including planning with critical enabling functional partners and content providers to ensure clarity of scope and objectives
  • Coordinating the compilation and/or creation of appropriate briefing materials, including the development of presentations
  • Providing oversight to vendors or consultants providing services directly to projects
  • Supporting the management of the Project Management Office (PMO), e.g. providing input to identify interdependencies and potential overlaps of various projects across GD and more broadly with other Regeneron organizations
  • Contributing to efforts of growing the organization's capabilities on project oversight, project execution, organizational change, facilitation and project/initiative communications
  • Ensuring proactive planning, prioritization and alignment of activities and key messages for ongoing non-drug projects in Global Development
  • Managing and tracking project timelines, resources and results; executing follow-up activities as appropriate.
  • Researching and incorporating industry standard methodologies, innovation and guidance from external resources to ensure departmental activities remain current and practical

To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
A Bachelor's degree and five plus years relevant industry experience. A demonstrated, deep understanding of the drug development process gained work experience in Clinical Development in the biopharmaceutical industry. Knowledge of all operational processes required to deliver a clinical development program. Excellent interpersonal skills (written/verbal). Effective influencing and negotiating skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams as well as cloud-based tools such as Smartsheet and Adobe Connect.
