Job Details

The Associate Director, Global Marketing Respiratory role will have responsibility and accountability for successful global HCP/Professional strategic and tactical planning for DUPIXENT in Asthma. Primary responsibility is to lead and/or assist in the execution of key global marketing projects, with emphasis on the pre/launch planning for the Asthma indication, in close cooperation with our commercial Alliance partner.
  • Lead in the development and execution of a Global Market development/ Marketing plan
  • Work closely within the Alliance commercialization team, including market research, market access, HEOR, medical affairs, to provide a clear understanding of customer needs and market trends as well as brand strategy.
  • Identify and work closely with Key Scientific Experts & Expert panels to find opportunities to build compelling value proposition in line with brand strategy.
  • Develop and execute compelling scientific collateral and HCP materials and projects to support the global strategy in Asthma, including disease state awareness, educational campaigns and branded materials.
  • Plan commercial presence and participation in relevant Global/US scientific congresses and conferences. These include ATS, ERS, AAAAI and EAACI.
  • Lead Global Strategic and Tactical Brand Planning for the respiratory indications. Lead the development and implementation of the Global Branding Guidelines
  • Take active role in preparing (pre)launch planning and execution for expansion of current indication age range towards pediatric population, in close cooperation with US and other global affiliates.
  • Harmonization of the key messages and imagery across US/Global affiliates
  • Assists in actively leading Global Advertising Agency and other vendors, as appropriate per project
  • Creates, runs and tracks the budget for defined projects to ensure timely and on budget completion.
  • Helps to establish and handle Global Launch and Tactical Plan in conjunction with Alliance Project Management to ensure timelines are met and landmarks achieved
  • Facilitate review and approval of all promotional materials through the Joint Review Committee.
  • Ensure that the partnership with Alliance partner continues to be synergistic, transparent and collaborative
  • Proven leadership ability is required
  • Strong interpersonal & presentation skills required
  • Ability to deal with all levels of the organization
  • Prior experience developing and managing budgets and timelines
  • Self-motivated/flexible

Requirements:
Travel up to 30% (including weekend travel as needed) required.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10 years of Pharmaceutical/Life Science industry experience with 7+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience required.
  • Track record of developing prelaunch/launch strategies, tactics, and budgets. Global marketing experience, with focus on EU5 & US is required
  • Experience in respiratory, dermatology and/or immunology marketing a plus.
  • Experience with injectable biologics, co-promotes/Alliances a plus
