JOB SUMMARY

This role will be accountable for harmonizing the use of our SAP (ECC) ERP systems across the Global Supply Chain in our current Emergent sites as well as integrating all future M&A. The role will participate in GSC due diligence and gap analysis for both processes and systems during the M&A integrations. This role will be the central GSC contact partnering with Global IT and the individual site cross functional teams to ensure harmonized loading of SAP configurations to enable the global Supply Chain ERP strategy. The role will partner with the various functional or SSCLs and be accountable for documentation of work instructions, "How to" Manuals, and training to ensure all team members are proficient at their prescribed systemic duties. All necessary user testing will initially be coordinated by this role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Partner with the SSCLs and the IT team to configure SAP functionality to match yearly strategy based on operational models for supply to our customers.
• Run user system projects driving and representing the business supply chain to achieve operational strategies.
• Accountable for the appropriateness of all user requirements testing, coordination of new tools, systems, modules configurations and reporting.
• Document configurations, work instructions, definitions and targeted use of fields (definitions) to affect desired outcomes of the tools in conjunction with harmonized operational processes.
• Write System training manuals and user documentation leading to work instructions.
• Develop train the trainer concept creating a network of capable trainers throughout Global Supply Chain to assist the working teams to successfully utilize our systems.
• Responsible for trouble shooting and harmonizing the documented supply system configurations to enable our supply models across our BU structure.
• Responsible for establishing and training a super user community that can engage during M&A integrations to quickly bring the new facility / company online and integrate them into our GSC network.
• Continued partnering with IT for future projects, expansions, implementations of new modules and SAP driven ERP change (Ex. Migration to SAP Hanna)
• Other unassigned tasks

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Systems Implementations from the user side. MBA preferred
• Knowledge of SAP (Ecc 6.0) Understanding or experience with SAP APO / IBP important.
• Detailed expertise of Supply Chain SAP functionality for Master Data, Warehousing, Distribution, Logistics, Planning and Procurement.
• APICs Certification a plus
• Knowledge of Biopharma CMO, Pre Clinical and clinical operational models a plus
