We have a new opportunity at Regeneron for a Senior level Financial Analyst. You will be a key business partner to Commercial functions and Brand Teams to ensure that Regeneron's interests are preserved and our obligations are fulfilled throughout each of our collaborations. You will lead all aspects of business management including executing the core processes for forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for decision support of Regeneron's current and future commercial products.
A typical day might include:
  • Collaborating with Brand Teams and other internal partners to address a variety of business/financial challenges
  • Prepare and analyze budgets and forecasts
  • Assist in analyzing quarterly budget to actual variance reports by Brand and cost center
  • Prepare financial analysis in support of ad hoc requests and various special projects
  • Work closely with internal Finance colleagues for corporate needs and results associated with Commercial data
  • Identify operational improvements and areas to increase support for both Brand Team s as well as internal cost centers
  • Implements tools and runs the resource planning activities, including FTE utilization across multiple diverse programs and cost centers
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all Regeneron standards operating procedures and policies, as well as governmental and industry regulations governing the sales, marketing, and overall commercialization of prescription pharmaceuticals

To be considered for this opportunity you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4+years of financial planning and analysis experience preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Having your MBA is preferred as that foundation will aid you in getting up to speed quickly in our environment. We need someone with a strong and comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting principles and P&L statements. Also required is extensive experience using sophisticated functionality within Excel. Our ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of tools, such as Hyperion Planning. Reporting and dashboard tools like Qlik and Cognos are also preferred.
