The Business Insights team is part of a new and innovative program created to identify and solve next-generation technology problems across the globe. This team will build best-in-class cross-functional business relationships, and bring first-person perspectives back to the technology teams to drive effective, simple, and intuitive solutions for our customers. As a member of this team you will act as a global liaison with our Enterprise, Commercial, R&D, and Manufacturing Operations business partners, working to investigate areas for improvement, bring fresh perspectives, and drive new insights for the business. The right person for this role will innately value simplicity, agility, and experimentation to solve complex problems, will be a proven team player who works well in high performing teams, and will possess the drive and determination to get things done.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders from our international sites, including technology and business leaders
  • Collaborate with business partners and technology leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving technical health
  • Lead technical health improvement initiatives and enhancements
  • Partner closely with the Data Science team to develop and share data-driven communications, standards, and deliverables
  • Effectively organize and present data insights, tailoring the format to match the audience
  • Create and manage technical health deliverables and documentation
  • Help to influence others in a cross-functional environment, with a customer-centric and global perspective


Qualifications
  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, related field with typically 3 or more years experience, or Master's Degree or equivalent education (no additional experience)
  • Required: Must be able to travel to and support global enterprise sites from an Infrastructure mindset and perspective
  • Required: Must have excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Required: Must be able to effectively lead and facilitate meetings with customers and technical team members
  • Required: Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to business processes while incorporating innovative solutions
  • Required: Must be deliverables-focused and detail-oriented
  • Required: Must exhibit exceptional teamwork skills
  • Required: Must have a strong customer focus
  • Required: Ability to travel up to 25%
