The Senior Director, Global Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), GenMed/EndoMetab is responsible for leading a team of HEOR scientists who develop and communicate innovative HEOR strategies and tactics to optimize the value proposition of a assets in the GenMed/EndoMetab for the US market. The Senior Director reports to the VP, HEOR, GenMed/EndoMetab

Core Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, develops and mentors a team of HEOR scientists who provide support to the GenMed/EndoMetab portfolio
• Represent HEOR at appropriate leadership meetings and proactively contribute to internal highly matrixed asset teams
• Build and sustain relationships with key external HEOR and clinical thought leaders
• Oversee and guide the design and aggressive execution of high-quality HEOR strategic and tactical plans that align with product brand plans and support patient access across the asset lifecycle
• Oversee and guide the development and execution of external HEOR projects including budget management
• Oversee and guide the execution of internal HEOR research using internal data sets.
• Significant experience with HTA submissions and communicating the value proposition to US payers
• Assist the VP, HEOR, GenMed/EndoMetab in resource planning, capability building and talent development
• Ensure the team's consistent and high-quality engagement with matrix teams, identify issues and problem solve
• Part of the HEOR extended leadership team to help shape HEOR function and advance the culture.

Qualifications

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, MPH or MA in health economics, epidemiology, public health or any other related field with at least 15 years of relevant experience
• Significant experience leading and developing people
• Proven leader who owns difficult conversations and steps up to solve difficult situations.
• Strong methodological, quantitative, and analytic skills expected. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required. Experience in research related to GenMed/EndoMetab preferable.
• Sound understanding of clinical development, regulatory and commercialization process.
• Seeking a leader within HEOR and the pharmaceutical industry to join a growing GenMed/EndoMetab portfolio.
