Sr IT Quality Support Analyst - Rensselaer, NY
We are looking for a collaborative Sr IT Quality Support Analyst to provide regulatory compliance support for operational activities and projects within the Corporate IT Quality and Compliance function, including:
• IT Quality Deviation Management Activities processing
• IT GxP Systems Change Control processing
• IT Quality and Compliance performance metrics and reporting

In this role, a typical day might include the following:
  • Manage IT GxP Training Administration and Systems Access.
  • Lead IT Deviation Event, Investigation, and CAPA processing following GxP procedures.
  • Perform data gathering and analysis to support Deviation Investigation processing.
  • Lead Cross-functional teams in Root Cause Analysis activities and documentation.
  • Lead IT GxP Systems Change Control activities in support of IT projects and maintenance efforts.
  • Lead efforts to create and update Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Perform data gathering and analysis. Obtain data from various IT systems to develop performance metrics and monitor Key Performance Indicators related to IT Quality and Compliance objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to implementation efforts.

To be considered for the Sr IT Quality Support Analyst role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 4 years of experience supporting IT Quality and Compliance activities in the Pharma industry. Strong understanding of GxP processes and associated best practices. Hands-on experience processing GxP documentation. Experience performing data analysis, preparing performance metrics and identifying Key Performance Indicators. Experience with GxP technical training assignment and administration. Experience with MS Office and QMS applications.
