We are looking for someone who can build a variety of assays to understand mechanisms of action and provide significant knowledge of immunology principles to the team.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

- Executing in vivo tumor studies in mice
- Implanting tumor cells and administering therapeutics via subcutaneous, intravenous, and intraperitoneal routes into mice
- Collecting in vivo data including tumor caliper measurements, bioluminescent imaging, and blood collection
- Cell culture, including passaging, expanding, cryopreservation, thawing and processing of cells
- Dissecting mouse lymphoid organs and tumors, followed by in vitro processing/purification of tissues/cells
- Coordinating timing of in vitro culturing, tumor implantation, and drug dosing

This role may be for you if:

- You want to be a part of our rapidly growing cell therapy efforts
- You have an understanding of basic immunology principles and hands on laboratory experience in cellular biology/immunology
- You are an effective and clear communicator
- You have strong organizational skills including the ability to handle several projects simultaneously
- You are a team player who can provide innovative solutions to overcome challenges

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a BS or MS degree combined with 3-5 years of credible experience with in vivo tumor models including mouse handling and tumor cell implantation/dissection. Experience in administering experimental therapies, making detailed observations of tumor growth and mouse health, and working with sterile cell culture techniques of cell lines is required.
