Responsibilities:

  • Assistprogram management leadership to drive and supportfunction buildout
  • Lead collection of project information and other data collection, establish harmonized/standardized reporting and tracking tools, manage shared site(s) for information dissemination
  • Develops and implements clinical and project management tools and project/program reports/dashboards
  • Work for cross-functional teams to perform scenario analysis to mitigate risks, develop contingencies and provide insights intoprogram recommendations
  • Support leadership to implement frameworks, tools and techniques for development analysis and optimization to drive the optimal mix of studies, optimal allocation of resources and on time or better project performance
  • Develops and implements resource forecasting and tracking process, practice and tools as well as resource consumption mechanisms as it relates to supporting the clinical projects
  • Liaise with Business Units, Technical Operations and Other stakeholder to ensure alignment across the organization
  • Contribute to the support and coordination of life cycle management and R&D due diligence assessments as needed
  • Work with Business Units, Technical Operations and R&D functions to identify and coordinate Life Cycle Management/ New indication opportunities
  • Support and help coordinate R&D Due Diligence assessments

 


Qualifications and Skills Required:

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree required, Advanced degree is preferred (eg, MBA, MS)
  • Prior project management experience required
  • Background in the assessment of processes and practices for improvement opportunities and supports continuous improvement initiatives
  • Cross functional experience with all levels of management and staff
  • Familiarity with portfolio management analytics, excel, MS project and power point
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech industry, clinical and regulatory requirements for development assets and programs
