Job Details
Responsible to gather intelligence that will help identify strategic roadmap for technology megatrends, related partners and feasibility in the biopharma industry for a related area or discipline within IOPS (Industrial Operations & Product Supply). Will manage relationships with strategic partners and an IT Digital Products Team that will deliver innovative solutions at the incubator stage through operationalization of technology. This role is aimed at driving an autonomous business, reducing friction, increasing speed and mobility, and delivering insights that support IOPS teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Manages, coaches and develops members of the IT Digital Products Team.
• Works with the site IT BRMs and the wider IT team to deliver a high-quality IT service and solution design to the business.
• Serves as an innovation product leader and technology broker to the organization.
• Leads team through breakthrough challenges, demonstrates a can-do and outcome-driven mindset.
• Creates an incubator or proof of concept to test and learn technology in assigned spaces.
• Works with Corporate IT, industry experts, consultants, strategic partners, and others to deliver the highest value innovative technology solutions to the business.
• Provides high quality support to the System Owners and end-users to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintains responsibility for system documentation developed by the team, including converting User Requirement Specifications to Detail Design Specification, writing Configuration Test Plans and summary reports, and configures reports as required.
• Works with the Validation department to ensure new innovative solutions and technologies are evolved in a compliant and usable manner by Regeneron.
• Drives a team with a DevOps, AGILE, or waterfall methodology depending on best fit for each innovation story.
• Communicates status updates to upper management and customers.
• Contributes to strategic vision and direction of the IT Digital Products Team.
• Ensures employee training requirements are met and on time.
• Drives continuous improvement mindset within direct report team and identifies areas within IT where he/she can leverage or share best practices.
• Handles administrative duties related to managing a product team.
• Up to 10% domestic and international travel expected
Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledge of IoT (Internet of Things, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Cloud Services, Predictive Data Modeling, Sensors, ML (Machine Learning), AR (Augmented Reality), AI (Artificial Intelligence), Process Automation
• Can comfortably facilitate discussions at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must exhibit strong judgment and time management skills
• Strong customer service focus
Education and Experience:
• Manager: Requires Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Sciences and 7 + years' industry experience in Information Systems and Technology. Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment and experience in a biotech/pharma environment strongly preferred.
• Senior Manager: Requires Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Sciences and 8+ years' industry experience in Information Systems and Technology.
• Experience with innovative and forward leading technologies and partners
• Experience with IT Compliance guidelines as per GAMP 5
