Marketing Analyst, Customer Insights

YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE...
  • A Customer-Centric Thinker. You will support the Customer Insights team by managing and measuring customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to increase customer loyalty and drive profitable growth of the Allergan Aesthetics business. You will require existing knowledge of the marketing funnel and the ability to discover key decision touchpoints to help create and shape a journey with meaningful interactions.
  • A Forward-Thinking Collaborator. You will be responsible for owning the business administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud including content management, journey creation, and performance measurement. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to create personalized customer interactions through data analysis utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other analytical tools. You will collaborate closely with other members of the team and other internal stakeholders.


YOU WILL:
  • Apply data analyses to inform customer journey processes and provide insights and suggestions to improve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the technical development team to test and verify that solutions meet the business requirements, perform user acceptance testing, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
  • Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud to develop and create customer journeys, email templates, and other digital marketing materials
  • Work with leaders within the commercial business to gather, understand, and define business requirements for customer communications and interactions.
  • Coordinate with marketing leadership and 3rd party agencies for review, approval, and implementation of digital marketing assets.


Qualifications

YOU BRING:
  • Undergraduate Degree, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics or similar
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM Products to develop client or business solutions
  • Hands on experience configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM Products
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to quickly learn the business and technologies
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets
