Bilingual Clinical Research Coordinator

Looking for an individual with a Clinical Research Coordinator background to assist a research site with patient enrollment for a clinical trial. This individual will be performing chart review of patient medical records and reviewing the chart for the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Once a chart is reviewed and it looks as if the patient aligns with the study criteria, the enrollment assistant will then pre-screen the patient over the phone for further assessment of eligibility into the study.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Chart review (EMR)
• Pre-screening patients over the phone against study criteria
• Patient education
• Data entry of information from screenings

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator, RN, or LPN
• 2+ years of chart review on EMR
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Training in HIPPA
